How The Competition Works 🎥
The competition is open to anyone who has a passion for photography, regardless of skill level. Whether you're using a DSLR camera or your smartphone, it’s the creativity and story behind your image that matters most.
Here’s how to enter:
Capture Your Best Shot : Submit an image that represents the beauty or uniqueness of a specific moment, place, or subject.
Upload Your Photo : Head over to our competition page, where you can easily upload your photo. The submission process is quick and simple, so make sure your photo is in a high-resolution format that’s ready for print.
Submit Before the Deadline : To ensure your image is considered, make sure to submit your entry by Thursday 31st October. This deadline allows us enough time to carefully review all submissions, select the winning images, and prepare them for printing in the 2025 calendar.
Get Judged by a Panel of Experts : Once all entries are received, a panel of experienced photographers and designers will review the submissions (Instant Print Team). we'll be looking for creativity, originality, technical quality, and how well the image fits into the overall theme of a year-round calendar.

- Submission Deadline: Thursday 31st October
- Image Format: High-resolution - JPG, PNG, or TIFF (If possible)
- Entry Fee: Free! There is no cost to enter this competition.
- We will not ask for personal details e.g. bank details: We will only ask your name, email address, telephone number and your chosen image when submitting your entry. If we do need to contact you it will be through our social media (Facebook & Instagram), email or telephone. If you're unsure about anything don't hesitate to contact us!
