No Experience? No Problem! Step-by-Step Stationery Design Tutorial

Are you stuck with trying to design your own stationery? Why not try out our 'Design It Yourself' feature within our website. It allows you to design your own artwork from scratch and choose from the wide variety of options available to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your product - We even let you see a preview of your artwork before submitting it to print!


How Does It Work?

To keep it simple: Upload your logo, add your contact details, and you're good to go! But if we left it there, the blog would be over. So instead, this blog will walk you through EVERY STEP to make sure you completely understand how this feature works - and by the end, you will be a pro!

Step 1: Select the product you want to design.


At the moment this feature is only available for Invoice Books, NCR Pads, Notebooks & Diaries. We are working behind the scenes to add this design feature to more products on our website - keep an eye out!

Step 2: Choose your options


The first step to our design system is choosing what size you would like, since we are using Invoice Books as an example, you can choose between A4 or A5


You are then asked to choose a quantity *The bigger the quantity, the cheaper it works out*. After that you will be asked to select between Duplicate or Triplicate - This is how many sheets each invoice contains (2 or 3).

This next step is all up to you!


Choose a template you like and fill in the boxes to add your company name and contact details (If you want to include your telephone number, add it into the same box as your address).


*NOTE - Running Numbers are optional. If you are adding them to your Invoice Book please ensure you enter the correct number so we know where to continue from*

Step 4: Review Your Artwork


Once you have the right font sizes and the correct information included, if you are happy with how the preview looks, click 'Add to cart' and head to checkout - Unless you want to browse our other products!


Double check your artwork for any mistakes before placing your ordersuch as; spelling, up to date logo, correct address and telephone number, correct running number, a template that suits your currency etc. (It happens more often than you think).

If you have a design ready or aren't confident enough with our features - Our 'Upload your artwork' feature allows you to submit your artwork directly through our website. Simply select the product you’d like to customise, choose your specifications, and upload your artwork file. Here’s how it works:

  • Choose Your Product: Select the item you’d like to customise from our product range.
  • Upload Your File: Submit your artwork in one of our accepted formats, such as PDF or JPEG, and make sure it meets the size and quality requirements outlined on our site. Check out our Artwork Guidelines
  • Confirm and Order: Once you’ve uploaded your artwork, you can review the product specifications, select the quantity, and place your order. From there, we’ll handle the printing and ensure that your product is delivered to your doorstep or ready for in store collection in pristine condition.

This option is ideal for those who have a specific design in mind or prefer working with their own design software. It allows you to maintain complete creative control while we take care of the high-quality print production.
